We strive to create a respectful, supportive community of artists and art enthusiasts. When using our Service, particularly in public forums, comments, or interactive features, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Treat others with respect, kindness, and consideration. Do not engage in personal attacks, harassment, or bullying. Respect diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and skill levels.
6.2 Constructive Communication
When providing feedback or criticism, do so constructively and thoughtfully. Focus on the work rather than the person. Remember that the goal is to help others improve and grow.
6.3 Appropriate Content
Do not post content that is sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem unsuitable for our community.
6.4 Truthful Representation
Be honest about your identity, expertise, and intentions. Do not misrepresent yourself or your relationship with others.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through the following process:
- Informal negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through good-faith negotiations.
